1. Ask your doctor for a blood test and ask to include blood typing. When you discover your blood type (A, O, B, AB), you will be able to learn which foods work for or against your immune system.
2. Get a food intolerance test. This test will help you discover which foods you are intolerant to. Most of the time, we can observe signs that our body is rejecting a certain food. For example, after consuming cow milk, you may begin to experience bloating, skin itchiness or constipation. Your body may signal to you that it is rejecting this type of food and a food intolerance test will confirm this.
3. Begin to monitor how you feel after consuming your meals. Did you consume a paleo meal? A ketogenic meal? A vegetarian meal? How did you feel after you consumed them? Did you experience drowsiness or better energy? Get to know your body.
