The longer you extend your overnight fast, the better the healing, health and overall wellbeing. This means a late breakfast is not a bad idea.

Eggs are the perfect nutrient dense breakfast food. It is rich in protein to help us feel satisfied until lunch time. It also contains vitamins and minerals to nourish and energise us. It is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids for brain health and memory.
Enjoy breakfast of egg scramble, egg omelette, egg frittatas or boiled eggs with vegetables of your choice.
Whole fresh fruits (not fruit juice) are high in fibre to help us feel fuller for longer. Select berries, pear and apples which are lowest in sugar and high in fibre to give us sustained energy.
A fruit salad is a great breakfast option with a garnish of mint, basil or other herbs for added fibre, flavour and medicinal benefits.
Rolled oat porridge with nuts and seed topping is rich in both fibre and protein. Select rolled oats (not quick oats or 2-min oats) for high fibre and protein. Nuts and seeds are rich in healthy protein, healthy fats and fibre helping to reduce bloating and increase muscle mass. You will not feel hungry for hours after this satisfying meal.
