Healthy individuals normally have a bowel movement right after every meal.
It is important to have sufficient bowel movements daily to avoid health problems down the track.
We need a constant elimination of toxins. Otherwise, constipation can cause the toxins sitting in the colon to become reabsorbed in the bloodstream and be dumped on the skin which results in various skin conditions.

White flour – flour can become like a sticky paste in the digestive tract causing slow transit time and other problems such as a leaky gut
